Growing up in Oregon City and a graduate of Portland State University, Randy Sebastian has made home building his passion. Building homes in SE Portland since 1984, at the age of 20 Randy Sebastian founded Renaissance Homes.  Time has been on Randy’s side as he has honed his building skills, making a name for himself in the Portland area.  Renaissance is part of the Living Green building process and provides energy efficient technologies and cutting-edge green products. Accolades for Renaissance Homes include; winner of 40 Street of Dreams awards, including 6 Best of Show.
