Since the 1980’s Parkwood Development Corporation has developed distinguished subdivisions such as Darbonne Hills, Greenfields, and Parkwood II Estates. A lifelong resident of West Monroe, Jerry H. Sanders began his first home building gig while working alongside his father Tom Sanders, at Tom Sanders Building Mart. It was at this time that Jerry began learning the construction trade. Jerry’s wife, Anne Sanders, earned her degree from NLU in interior design and is a licensed builder as well. Anne has overseen and built many homes in Parkwood, LA.
