Onex Real Estate Partners is Canada's largest private equity firm. The parent company, Muss Development Corp was launched in 1984 and handles mainly leveraged loans and collateralize debt obligations, controlling more than $22 billion in assets. Onex Real Estate Located in New Jersey, Partners, which was established in 2005 and has owned a myriad of properties over the years, but has since dispossessed those properties.  The property that was left is Queens, NY development Sky View Parc, the company’s first investment in 2005. Onex bought out its partner, Muss Development in 2014, to take exclusive ownership of the property.
