Jim Chapman is an Atlanta native and Westminster graduate. In 1998 Jim Chapman began his own custom home building firm after earning his MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. From 1998 through 2005, Jim Chapman Communities’ has focused on building custom homes in Buckhead and Alpharetta, Georgia, and in Highlands, North Carolina. In 2005, Jim Chapman Communities was birthed, building and developing active adult communities. Jim is known nationally as a leading expert in the 55+ housing market.
