In 2007 Chapam Inc. began building housing projects in Montreal near the downtown area with a superior customer service. Shortly after that other high-rise project such as Vima condos, DECA Condos, Craig's Lofts, Jardins Knox and other phases of the SO condos in the Southwest area of Montreal went underway. In 2012 and 2013, CHAPAM began developing in the Verdun area with the construction of the V1 Bannantyne, V1 Gordon and L7 Condo projects.
