David L. Waltemath is the president of Waltemath Interests, a real estate development firm located in New Orleans, Louisiana. David has over 35 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate planning, development, construction, project management, and financial planning as well as asset management, and commercial leasing. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and an executive committee member of the Urban Land Institute among many other professional affiliations. Waltemath Interests has developed commercial projects such as English Turn, a 1,000-acre multi-use community championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Timbers Office Park, a 300,000 square foot commercial development and Holiday Office & Retail Center, that combines retail and office space in New Orleans. Most recently, David has been successful with bringing best selling master-planned single-family communities to life in areas such as New Orleans, Covington, St. Tammany, Plaquemines, and Baton Rouge.
