IBS 2026 Recap: Boots on the Ground and Momentum Into Q2
It has been a minute since our last post, but that is what happens when we go full party prep mode. When Builder VIP Party planning kicks into high gear, it is all hands on deck. This year, we leaned all the way in with a Wild Wild West theme, and we definitely did not come to town quietly.
We kicked off IBS week Monday night at the Builder Connection Happy Hour. There is nothing better than finally putting faces to email signatures and catching up with friends we only get to see once a year. Those quick hellos turn into meaningful conversations, and those conversations turn into long-term partnerships.
By Wednesday night, it was time to saddle up for the Builder VIP Party. Boots, hats, and plenty of energy filled the room. Builders, marketers, and industry partners showed up ready to connect, celebrate, and talk business. The feedback was incredible, and the relationships continue to grow stronger year after year. Safe to say, the Wild West rode into IBS and made its mark.
During the day, education sessions delivered practical insights we can bring straight back to our clients. The show floor was buzzing with innovation, strategy, and forward-thinking ideas shaping the future of homebuilding and marketing.
And even with all the events and excitement, the work did not stop. Once we were back in our hotel rooms each night, laptops were open. Emails were answered. Campaigns were reviewed. Clients were taken care of. We might have been in boots by night, but we were still fully focused on business.
It is hard to believe we are almost into March and already creeping into the second quarter. The year is moving fast, and the momentum coming out of IBS could not be better timed.
Next week, Sarah and Michelle will be heading to Seattle. At the end of the month, Racheal and Jen will be in the Coastal Carolinas. If you are in those markets, keep an eye out for an email or phone call to set up a meeting. We would love to connect in person. If you would rather reach out directly, email sales@newhomesdirectory.com and let us know what date and time works best for you.
Thanks for riding along with us. We’re tipping our hats to a strong start to 2026 and gearing up to blaze the trail into Q2.
Until the next roundup,
The NewHomesDirectory Team 🤠
