Celebrating 11 Years With Allison! 🎉
Some milestones deserve a little extra recognition, and this one is a big one.
We’re celebrating Allison, our Sr. Director of Client Relations/Marketing Manager, who officially hit her 11-year work anniversary on January 5! While the anniversary date was earlier this month, we made sure to celebrate the right way on January 23 with sandwiches, adult drinks, and plenty of laughs along the way.
Allison has been a steady, trusted part of our team for over a decade, and if you’ve ever worked with us, there’s a good chance you’ve felt her impact. She’s the kind of person who keeps everything moving, keeps everyone connected, and makes sure our clients are always taken care of. She’s all heart, incredibly loyal, and the kind of person you want in your corner.
While much of the team is out traveling and meeting builders in market, Allison doesn’t travel as much these days. Between three school-aged girls, a paramedic husband who works nights, and four dogs, her home is pretty much constant chaos (in the most lovable way). That’s exactly why she’s our dependable home base when everyone else is off on their adventures. Honestly, we’re pretty sure she’s Wonder Woman, with a little less fighting.
And if you know Allison, you know two things are always true:

She’ll say what everybody else is thinking (which we honestly all appreciate).
One more thing: don’t be intimidated by the tattoos! She loves to talk about them, and will happily show them off. It’s basically a guaranteed conversation starter.
Allison, thank you for 11 years of dedication and consistency, and for always being the steady, behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything moving. We’re lucky to have you, and we can’t wait to celebrate many more milestones with you!
