New single-family homes called Flora will go up in Orange County, California's Rancho Mission Viejo master plan starting in December 2023. Rancho Mission Viejo, which is surrounded by 23,000 acres of open space, provides its residents with resort-style amenities like clubhouses, parks, swimming pools, fitness centers, hiking trails, retail establishments, and more throughout the masterplan. Homeowners may also easily access all that south Orange County has to offer from upscale shopping to botanical gardens, coastal beaches, and more thanks to the ideal location.
