Public and green spaces span over 55 acres, featuring parks, trails, and civic areas, promoting community engagement and connectivity. Construction began in 2020, with several housing, retail, and medical office projects already completed, including a medical office building anchored by M Health Fairview and a senior living community named Marvella. The development also emphasizes multimodal transportation, with plans for electric vehicle charging stations, proximity to public transit, and ten miles of pedestrian and bike paths.
