This weekend I was lucky enough to join the California West Communities festivities at Monteluz’s and Andalusia’s phase four releases at 4S Ranch. These San Diego new homes demonstrates elegances from the time you walk in the front door of one of their four floorplans, including their single story floorplan, which is the only single plan found in all of 4S Ranch master planned community.
Each floorplan meets the need of today’s homebuyers with flexible, open living spaces.
California West Communities, CEO, Robert Thorne stated, “The floorplan’s flow as it relates to the useable space in the family area which is important so when you enter the home, you want to be able to get good visual, good perspective on how the house is going to function.
