by racheal

Villas de Avila New Homes for SaleThese days, creating a narrative is the name of the game if you want to make an impression on people. That’s true whether you’re convincing an audience of your political merits, selling guests on the meal you’ve prepared or describing a great new home community to the home buying audience. In this case, we are describing one of those great new home communities, and it’s the community of Villas de Avila. Sit back, relax and enjoy:

Nestled on a rocky hilltop in central Spain lies a town offering breathtaking views, rich history, unmatched architectural details, and the security of being surrounded by a beautiful 88-tower wall that was built in the 11th century... this is Avila.

Designed to capture the timeless spirit of this village, the Villas de Avila community transport you to the Spanish countryside, where colorful landscapes embrace architecturally inspired duplexes featuring elegant columns, sheltered balconies and covered porches, Mediterranean tile roof and private courtyards.

It conjures up quite a few images, doesn’t it? You may have thought you saw Avila in your mind’s eye, but it’s still worth it to see these beautiful Chula Vista new homes in person. Prices start in the mid $200,000s, so they are priced affordably for the average home buyer. They’re located at 1556 Corte Barcelona, Chula Vista, CA and can be reached at (619) 565-2635 or villas@pcc-heritage.com.

Indeed, the spirit of vintage culture was captured by the house featured. It brings good vibes to new plans of building houses to relate much to the culture of the place.
