SummerHill Homes has committed to building energy efficient homes and was recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with a 2009 ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award.  The ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing Award recognizes SummerHill Homes commitment to energy-efficient construction and environmental protection with the development of more than 296 ENERGY STAR qualified homes last year.  Together, these homes will save home owners approximately $132,312 on utility bills each year.
