March 2017 Leander, TX Real Estate Market Conditions

Perry Homes is one of the many new home builders opening new sections in more neighborhoods in Leander.

Bryson is now offering 60 foot lots in a full amenity community near 183A  in what is becoming the sweet spot near Leander Metro Rail, retailers and The Parke just south of New Hope Road at 183A.

Prices for 2500 square feet to 4100 square feet homes range from the high $390’s and include an attractive array of floor plans.

Across the nation, new home sales declined in January, but are expected to increase ahead of and during the spring to summer season.  That decline is due to higher mortgage rates since the new presidential administration and a drop in available inventory.

Leander has a robust home market, both new and resale homes are holding their pricing according to the Austin Board of Realtors information.  Average days on the market before contract have decreased.
