I can't believe we're already to the end of 2017. Time flies.
This past year has been remarkable for real estate and homeowners.
We're ending the year with a median price of $210,110 in Fort Worth, which is up from $195,000 this time last year. This meager 7.7% increase doesn't really reflect the insanity of our market.
Houses are taking 18 days to sell, which is unheard of. In April we hit an all-time low of just 8 days on the market... this is the MEDIAN, which means many houses sold in much less time.
It is truly a remarkable time to be a homeowner. If you're thinking about buying or selling, you should make the move quick while interest rates are still low and values are appreciating so rapidly. Nobody knows how long it will last, but one thing is for sure... it won't last forever.
