Dripping Springs' home sales increased this November, indicating a strong end of year for the local real estate market. Both the number of home sales and the total sales dollar volume increased in November 2018 compared to the same time last year. Despite the increases in sales volume, the total number of days to sell increased this November.

This November, a total of 30 homes sold in Dripping Springs, for a total of $15,068,966 in sales volume. During the same time last year, there were a total of 20 homes sold which amounted to a total sales dollar volume of $8,847,473. The average sales price for Dripping Springs homes this November came to a total of $502,299. Last November the average sales price for a Dripping Springs home was $442,374.
Additionally, the average sales price per square foot for Dripping Springs single-family homes totaled $187 this November. The total sales price per square foot increased by $9 per square foot since last November. Last year, the total sales price per square foot for Dripping Springs homes was $176.
