This April, Dripping Springs real estate numbers were up across the board. This April, it took homes an average of 83 days to sell. Last April, homes took an average of 121 days to sell. Total sales dollar volume came to $23,327,015 this April and is up considerably over the $16,242,695 sales dollar volume in 2019.
Dripping Springs is likely to continue to show strong home sales growth due to increased development in the area. New home communities like Caliterra, Headwaters, Founders Ridge and Arrowhead Ranch are providing much-needed inventory. Considering that the Austin area job market remains strong and growth is forecasted to continue, real estate growth will likely continue into the foreseeable future.
