Cedar Park continues to uptrend in single family houses at a healthy rate. No buyer frenzy with multiple offer situations, yet. We expect this spring to be a busy time for this sector of the housing market in central Texas.
Buyer confidence appears to remain high and the economy, locally and nationally is still robust.
Nationally, there are more buyers of new homes – the best pacing in 25 years according to the Commerce Department.
