We like to think positive….and all the national news suggests we are in a “hot” market….but I am observing the hottest market is for new construction. A lot of the buyers running around might like DIY (Do it yourself) shows…but when it comes to having time or money to do it themselves…..they just aren’t willing to make the jump.
