As of August 31, 2017, the number of homes for sale fell once again by 40 units, a drop of 10.2%, to a new low of 353. This leaves only a 2.5 months supply of homes for sale. This represents a decrease of 19.4% from last August. As one would expect, the median sales price rose to $295,000, an increase of $21,050, or 7.7% from last year. These factors helped nudge the percent of original list price received up by another .5% to 98.5%.
