As we have rolled into the Fall, real estate market in Fuquay Varina, NC, we have seen sales slow a bit and more inventory come on the market. Currently, there are 180 active listings under $400k in Fuquay Varina, and 98 of those are new homes. Just 52 active listings over the $400k mark. Pending sales almost equal the active listings with 173 pending sales under the $400,000 price point and 28 sales over $401k. 70 of these sales are new homes. We are simply seeing the market settle in for Fall and the holidays, and this is not outside the norm for this time of year. It is hard for some homesellers who are tryng to sell now when they witness their neighbors sell much quicker during the spring season.
The great news is that Fuquay Varina continues to reap the benefit from the lack of inventory from the neighboring towns of Holly Springs & Apex NC, not to mention lower prices for more house!
