The past 30 days have proved very fruitful for the Fuquay Varina real estate market which will end the year on a very strong note! There have been 116 homes that have closed in the last month with an median price of $275,000, average year built is 2005 and 2189 square foot. This was actually a media price for the town of Cary not so long ago! These stats just demonstrate the continued, southern wake migration to get more home for the money. The main issues that stand in some buyers ways are schools and work commute.
There are currently 221 active listings in the Fuquay Varina NC market with 193 of those being under $500,000. The new construction market also has played a big part of increased real estate activity! Look for even more new homes to hit the ground with the massive purchase of CalAtlantic Homes by Lennar!
