October 2017 home sales in Summerlin, NV had a total of 3663 local homes sold; this was a combo of single family homes, condos and townhouses. The median price for a single family home was $263,000 this is 13.4% higher than Oct. ’16 and down less than one percent from the Sept. '17 median price.
The market consists of short sales at 2.9%, bank owned homes 2.3 % and resale at 94.8%. In Oct. ’17 around 81.9% of all single family homes and 89% condos and townhomes sold within 60 days. There was 26.9 percent of all local properties sold in Oct. were purchased with cash, similar to Sept.’17.
