Despite lower than normal inventory levels Aurora's November 2017's home sales in the detached home category continue to stay strong. With 130 closed transactions compared to 2016's 137 closed transactions there was only a -5.1% drop in transactions. Days on market made a dramatic drop of 45.7% from 92 days in 2016 to 50 days in November 2017! The median sales price for November is $190,000 from 2016's $174,900.
Year to date closed transactions are only down 1.6% to 1,608 from 1,634 in November, 2016. Average sales price is up 7.6% to $223,229 from 2016's $207,538! Sellers are finally in the driver's seat!
