160 homes were sold in Tempe for the month ending November 30, 2017. The details of high and low prices, and size of homes sold is provided by Arizona Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS):
·$108,000 was the lowest price of all homes sold and purchased a one bedroom, one bath condo of 629 square feet.
·The smallest home was the same as above which is not often the case.
·The largest home was five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, with 4,154 square feet and a “sold” price of $535,000.
·The highest selling price was $630,000 for four bedrooms, 3.5 baths with 3,791 square feet .
·Averaging all sales throughout the city we had a sales price of $266,716 which purchased 1,652 square feet.
