What we are seeing in the entire Seattle region is that inventory is dropping and prices are starting to level out. With the numbers of pending sale increasing and the number of property being taken off the market we now have less than a 3 month supply. It is not uncommon for there to be multiple offers. Another strong indicator is that builders are starting to test the market strength by raising some of their prices.
