Here are the statistics for the over all market for 2011. The 199k and under made up about 68% of the market which was a decrease from 2010. The 200-499k range was up from 2010 and the 500k over has a slight decrease but still only made up less than 4% of the total sales.

The inventory level dropped to 7.3 months, days on market dropped slightly to 96 days for the less expensive homes and the median sales price increased to 152k.

We do expect the market to remain about the same for 2012. But, hopefully with the announcement of new jobs coming to San Antonio and the low interest rates we can make it a better year.
