Latest Sales Data from Last Month in Georgetown (West side & East Side)
Let's talk about Georgetown's west side first. This includes zip codes of 78628 and 78633.

· The summary of activity on the west side of town shows a 41.1% improvement in the number of sold listings from this same time last year- fairly significant change for the fall
· September saw the strongest sales in the $150,000- $200,000. Homes sales under $300,000 made up 67% of all sales
· Average days on market in all price ranges was only 97 days
· There were 8 homes that sold for more than $400,000 on the West side of Georgetown
