The Cibolo Texas Real Estate Market Conditions seem to be holding steady from month to month.

September Market Report numbers are as follows:

Number of Homes Currently for Sale - 207

Median List Price for Available Homes - $189,900

Number of Homes Sold - 24

Median Sold Price - $172,500

Average Days on Market – 90

The Market conditions for Cibolo in August had slightly higher list prices and longer days on the market.  This can tell us a few things about market trending in Cibolo.  Generally prices drive the Real Estate market and if homes prices are higher, you will typically see longer days on the market.  For example in August the DOM for sold homes in Cibolo was 135 compared to the 90 days for September. 

Additionally in August the average list price for available homes was $195,644.  The difference in average list price for August and September does not look significant at first glance with it being $6000.00 but you can see the significance in how many days on market that effects from 135 to 90 days.  So what this tells you is that pricing is indeed very important when listing a home for sale!
