Well, it's the end of Thanksgiving.  With our bellies full and our families on the way back home, let's check out how the market in Cibolo Texas did for the month of November.  Here are your numbers:

Number of Homes Currently for Sale - 226

Median List Price for Available Homes - $187,635

Number of Homes Sold - 12

Median Sold Price - $190,500

Average Days on Market – 74

Well, the numbers look a bit interesting for this past month compared to November.  As expected, the sales have slowed down a bit, most likely due to the holidays and the start up of the school year.  No need to fret though, as you can see homes are still selling.  In fact, there have been some that for whatever reason think that the median home prices for Cibolo Texas have fallen, but as you can see, compared to last month, the Sold prices have gone sharply up from the 150s to the 190s and the days on market lessening.  That may be due to a lot of new construction homes selling in the Cibolo Texas area.  The available Cibolo Texas homes for sale have remained relatively the same with a few more available and perhaps a little lower list price due to the price changes as sellers would like to get their homes sold.  Interest rates are still at an all time low, so those serious buyers looking to buy I expect will be out in droves looking for their new Cibolo Texas home for sale so they can get in them before the rest of the holiday season.  See you in December to see how the market is doing!
