Number of Homes Currently for Sale - 219

Median List Price for Available Homes - $186,770

Number of Homes Sold - 15

Median Sold Price - $147,500

Average Days on Market – 127

The numbers for the Cibolo Texas Real Estate market seem to be doing pretty well for the holiday season.  Many home sellers are reluctant to sell their homes during the holiday season as they feel that buyers won’t be out buying during that time frame.  Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth.  Although home showings typically slow down during this time frame, buyers are still out looking for home to buy especially since they have time to do so since many are off of work during the holiday season.  Although the number of sold homes is down slightly, it really hasn’t sharply declined, so with 15 closed homes sales for the month of December, it tells you that home sellers were indeed able to sell. As I will continue to say until it is no longer true, interest rates remain at a ridiculously low rate, so buyers who are able should take advantage of that now!  See you in January 2012 (I can’t believe another year has gone by so fast!), to see how the Cibolo Real Estate Market is holding up!
