The  Tega Cay Market in June has definetly picked up which is great news. There were 10 more homes added for sale in the area.  One out of the 10 is already pending only after being on the market for 26 days.  The median price of the listings are $244,500 and average price is $312,730. The average days on the market is 15. The solds have jumped from 4 from last month to 10 this month.  The average days on the market  for the sales are 139. The median price is $207,500 and the average price is $232,650. Coming up in Tega  Cay is the 4th of July events. The boat parade which goes from Nivens Creek to Windjammer and starts at 1:00.
