Las Vegas September 11 sales -
Sept. '11 sales, 4108 total sales – local homes, condos and townhouses , for the Las Vegas area were up 15.5% over Sept. '10, 3603 - local homes, condos and townhouses. The median price for a single family home was $123,400.
Short sales – 23.5%, bank owned homes – 49.4%, resales - 27.1%
In September '11 - 50.7% of existing homes sold for cash.
SUMMERLIN home sales for Sept. '11 totaled 184 at a median price of $207,000. Condo sales were 9.
Through September 60.7% of all homes and 61.3% of all condos and townhomes sold within 60 days.
