Nov. '11 sales, 3883 total sales – local homes, condos and townhouses , for the Las Vegas area were up 13.8% over Nov. '10 - local homes, condos and townhouses. The median price for a single family home was $125,000.
Short sales – 27.2%, bank owned homes – 45.9%, resales - 26.8%
In November '11 - 45.6% of existing homes sold for cash
SUMMERLIN home sales for Nov. '11 totaled 169 at a median price of $186,000. Condo sales were 26.
Through November 60.3% of all homes and 62.8% of all condos and townhomes sold within 60 days.
