Stonemill Farms: In Woodbury, MN, homes for sale from multiple builders make up a neighborhood where each house has a unique character – a rare gem among new home communities. The newest builder to be a part of this excitement is Centex, who brought homes with 4 - 5 bedrooms, and up to 3,320 square feet to the party. Priced from the low $300,000's, it’s a price for a home that will be a family legacy.
