1      luxury 55+ garage townhome with almost 3,500 s.f. of living area.  This home was a relocation property and sold at a deep discounted $350,000 with $5,000 in closing.  This is not a true representative sampling of the market value on this type of home.

3     traditional townhomes priced from $260,000 to $265,000

2     "3-up" townhomes one with garage priced between $352,000 and $365,000.

1     Condminium sold at $221,400

All but one sale included closing cost assistance.
