THE NUMBERS ARE IN FOR DECEMBER 2011

Lutz had 411 active listings, the median price listing was $147,616, and the average age was 97 days on the market.  75 listings sold, the median price was $145,400, and the average days on the market was 68.This tells us we have less than 5 months of inventory so it is a seller’s market.  Of the 77 that sold, 38% were short sales, 13% were bank owned properties, and 49% were non- distressed properties.
