Maybe I am not the most observant person in the world, but Fleet Peeples Dog Park in Winter Park is the only park I know of in the Orlando area dedicated to man's (and maybe woman's) best friend. If there are others around, I will go out on a limb to bet they don't have beach on a lake like Lake Baldwin. They almost certainly do not have a boat ramp.

I run around Lake Baldwin all the time (it's 2.5 miles around), and people on the Orlando side and Winter Park side always seem to be out enjoying the trail, parks, gazebos, and Fleet Peeple's Dog Park. If you are a dog lover, this is another reason to consider Winter Park.
