Currently the high end of the market is the slowest selling portion with many great values available. October closings were down slightly and based on those numbers we have approximately 8.5 months of inventory available, the number is probably closer to 6.45 months of inventory which is still a little high.&nbsp; The median price of homes sold was down 6.8% based on the year to date figures, which appears to be an anomaly.&nbsp; Prices for the area as compared to last year are up over&nbsp; 7%.&nbsp; One reason for the change in figures is that there is still new construction in the city, which competes with the same buyers.
