Located in northwest Austin, known for great schools and rich landscapes, this community is comprised of thirteen homes situated among beautiful mature trees. The home designs suggest a modern take on a traditional farmhouse. This is achieved by maximizing living space, both indoors and outdoors, with large covered cedar decks on both front and back, and with material considerations, such as metal gable roofs and lap siding. And as with many of our communities, solar panels are provided to reduce energy consumption and home owner costs, while the site design includes innovative, low impact water quality controls, such as rain gardens.
