The homes at Creekside are designed with the simplicity of Austina s historical residential style in mind, through the use of elements such as gable roofs and recessed porches that are environmentally appropriate and aesthetically pleasing. We combined this traditional sensitivity with modern elements and amenities, such as large windows, and a carefully selected material palette with cement and metal siding to express simplicity, in order to create a classic yet contemporary Austin feel in this community.
