What do the numbers say?Detached homes in North County increased 3.48% to $413,938 in December 2011 from
$400,000 in November 2011, countering last month’s fall.

Which currently has 122 detached homes on the market with an average list price of 1,422,000.
81 detached homes are under contract or are in escrow for purchase.
35 detached homes sold in December with an average sales price of 1,021,000.
