Open to the public daily as a welcome center for the community, as well as a place to obtain sustainable living and interior design ideas, the Del Sur Ranch House is also an exclusive venue for events and celebration, and it’s available only to residents and invited guests.

 “Only Del Sur residents have the opportunity to rent the Ranch House for private parties like weddings or other milestone events,” said Bernadette Ramirez, manager of the Community Services Council for Valencia at Del Sur. “We also have residents ask to use the Ranch House for family portraits. It’s a beautiful setting that perfectly epitomizes the Del Sur lifestyle.”

That’s no exaggeration. This indoor-outdoor facility allows year-round enjoyment and can easily accommodate as many as 200 guests. The kitchen is caterer-friendly, and individual rooms can either be used or closed off if desired. The entire house is beautifully decorated; the main gathering space is similar to the lobby of an upscale lodge-style hotel, exquisitely furnishes with a hanging candelabra and real hardwood floors. Outside, five year-round swimming pools make the perfect party activity.
