by racheal

La Tierra at Miramonte New Homes BackyardHow do you know you are choosing a home builder you can trust? Even if you aren’t in the market for Reno new homes, the criteria that Ryder Homes meets can give you some good ideas for making sure your home builder measures up. See what the builder of the La Tierra at Miramonte new home community has to say about their commitment to quality home building.

On meeting buyer expectations:

Our goal is to create a home that offers the most desirable features for the best possible value. We talk with homebuyers…in order to fully understand what they are looking for in a home. Then we put our experienced professionals to work…to produce a home that will provide pleasure and pride of ownership.

On designing an attractive home:

Aesthetics play a vital role in our home designs. We strive to combine architecturally appealing exteriors, efficient floorplans, and abundant amenities in every home. We are constantly fine-tuning plans and reviewing building materials and products to keep up with changing technologies, trends, and tastes.

On giving buyers peace of mind:

Warranty service is an important part of our daily operations. We recognize our responsibility to our customers and provide prompt and courteous follow-up long after the sale of a home. We have built over 6,000 new homes across California and Nevada and have been ranked by Builder magazine as one of the top 200 homebuilders in the nation.

This is one builder that has really mastered the art of home building, and isn’t afraid to say so. Use their qualifications as a guide to see if your home builder measures up. Great Selection at the Reno New Homes of La Tierra at Miramonte

by racheal

La Tierra at Miramonte HomesWhen it comes to reporting on the regions of the country that were hardest hit by the collapse of the housing market, one of the areas that doesn’t receive quite as much press is Reno. But the numbers speak for themselves: By late 2005, the median price for both new and existing homes had risen to over $350,000 in Reno; contrast that with 2011, when the median price of a resale home was $155,400. Although that’s bad news for sellers, it’s great news for buyers, who can now obtain Reno new homes at rock bottom prices.

In Reno, where the median household income is approximately $55,000, buyers can get quite a bit of bang for their buck – and now is the time to take advantage of that. In 2011, there were 5,899 resale homes in Reno, and it stands to reason that 2012 will show similar figures. In other words, the selection is broader than it has ever been. However, some homes stand out more than others like the homes of La Tierra.

If you’re in the market for this crop of affordable Reno new homes, we highly recommend La Tierra at Miramonte, where a home in any of the community’s four phases is available for under $200,000. La Tierra offers square foot ranges of 1,476 to 2,147, so that’s no small potatoes. That’s a big home, for only a little money! To see if they are what you’re looking for, visit La Tierra at Miramonte at 2797 Earthstone Dr., Sparks, NV 89436 or call the sales office at (775) 626-7885.

La Tierra at Miramonte Reflects Great Home Prices in Reno

by racheal

La Tierra Cruise Give a WayAcross the country, home prices continue to drop – but did you know that the median new home price in Reno hasn’t changed for the past seven months? According to the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors November monthly report, the median price of resale homes has hovered between $149,000 and $154,000 since May of 2011. That could mean that in the northern Nevada area, we may soon see prices begin to climb. You never know!

How does that affect you as a buyer? If you’re hoping to buy in this region, now may be the best time to take advantage of low home prices, while they’re still low. We recommend you take a look at La Tierra at Miramonte, a community of Reno new homes with prices in the high $100,000s. These are quality family homes, ready for move in and located in a scenic, elevated area of Reno. Oh, and there’s more: For a limited time only, buyers at La Tierra can receive a free cruise for two!

Again, prices are low now…but who knows for how long? To learn more about La Tierra, call (775) 626-7885, visit the La Tierra at Miramonte new homes in person at 2797 Earthstone Dr., Sparks, NV 89436.
