According to the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors November monthly report, the median price of resale homes has hovered between $149,000 and $154,000 since May of 2011. That could mean that in the northern Nevada area, we may soon see prices begin to climb. You never know!

It’s Time to Find “the One,” at Terraza!
