                      Another month passed by and it is time to see what is happening with

                                       Sun City, Arizona Real Estate.

There are about 606 homes (properties) currently for sale in Sun City, Arizona with the price range from $19,000 to $375,000. Inventory went down.

According to ARMLS there were 114 homes (properties) sold (closed) in Sun City in December (little less than in November) of 2011 with the average of 104 days on the market and

the low price of $24,000,

average listing price of $87,209

and average sold price of $82,185

median sold price of $74,950

and high sold price of $330,000

It seems like December prices are not higher than previous month.
