                      Another month passed by and it is time to see what is happening with

                                       Sun City, Arizona Real Estate.

There are about 606 homes (properties) currently for sale in Sun City, Arizona with the price range from $19,000 to $375,000. Inventory went down.

According to ARMLS there were 125 homes (properties) sold (closed) in Sun City in November (little bit better than in October) of 2011 with the average of 120 days on the market and

the low price of $18,000,

average listing price of $86,639

and average sold price of $82,313

median sold price of $75,000

and high sold price of $300,000

It seems like November prices went up a little bit.
